Aspire for more clothes.

After checking out Primark's AW12 collection I have been pleasantly surprised with what it has to offer. But do you ever get the feeling that these clothes just wont look as good on as they do on the models.

I thought I would try on one of the latest pieces that I paticularly liked.

These trousers really follow the Baroque theme that is becoming a regular hit on our high streets.

They are great because they are high waisted which is something I cannot live without in the trouser department. But damn those short legs of mine seem to make every single pair of trousers way to long for me.. and I CANNOT stand when you get those rouched baggy bits around the knees and ankles.

So unfortunately as amazing as these trousers were and for such a bargain I just could not deal with trousers way too long! Primark please make leg length smaller.

Many thanks!

Aspire for beach fun..

Just a quick snap of me spending some time down on the Isle of Wight this weekend, although very jealous of not being able to attend Bestival, it was still a blast!

Aspire to travel the world...

27th of September sees me set off to travel Thailand and Laos... and I cannot wait.

The backpack is purchased and the countdown begins, although wouldnt go as far as the travels to 'find myself' but having a couple of months to explore a different culture and almost celebrating finally finishing my degree. Hoorah.

Thailand has a culture that I haven't ever explored before and I thought I would look into young designers who have been influenced by the culture.
Wisharawish Akarasantisook has won the chance to team up and collaborate with Mango.
These images are some of his collection that saw him win, with inspiration coming from Buddhist temples, the relationship between life, death and nature and handmade pieces, something which I can't wait to see as well as exploring the fashion boutiques and markets to grab some unique bargains.
